This workout routine is a basic fitness exercise schedule. This is to help shed pounds and maintain general health. To begin, you want to start slow and progress to a full set, this is meant to be used as a 6 month routine, leading to a daily set. Following a 20/30/50 rule for the first 90 days, moving up from 20 to 30 to 50 etc, every 30 days.
From this point you should be able to maintain this routine going forward until results are met. You can alternatively do this cycle on a 10 day span instead of 30 days. Which would then be a 2 month routine.
This is another set of workouts I have been doing, alternating between them every other day in 30 minute blocks. Alternating between them back and forth for 10 sets of 10 push ups and 10 crunches prevents burn out on the upper body, then the following day move to legs and lower, also using crunches to break up the workout and prevent burn out.
Repeat 10 cycles of...
Repeat 5 cycles of...
Using this alternating pattern with no rests in between the cycles should allow you to do 300 push-ups and 300 crunches in 30 minutes. And the same can be done with leg day too. 100 leg exertions with 225 crunches in 30 minutes. Granted this is if you are completing each cycle in about 3 minutes on average.
